what should I be focusing on for business school?

I want to go to a top business school, like Harvard. I am a sophomore in college, and I wanted to know what sort of things should I work on when it comes to involvement and leadership. Any advice is helpful.

It depends on what you want to do with your degree. Look into clubs and see what’s available. My school has a club for those interested in finance. If finance is your thing, then join a club related to that. Basically, try to gain a leadership position in any club you enjoy, such as club president. The type of club doesn’t matter much. What matters is that you organize events and run things like meetings and handle club money which will show that you have leadership potential. Just being part of a club isn’t enough, you have to be part of the club leadership. Community service is also good.
