What is the most economical ink cartridge out there?

I primarily will be printing black and white, I am not photo quality is not a big priority, but it would be good to be able to print photoquality if I want, and also print cheap black and white pages too.

I have always used Ink Club for years. Their prices are quite reasonable and they do many double and triple ink bundles depending on what printer it is. Delivery is usually 48 to 72 hours. They also do paper as well.
